Himalayan Area Development Center, Gorkha (HADC-Gorkha) is a nongovernmental nonprofit making social organization, established in 2053 B.S registered in district administration office Gorkha, affiliated with Social welfare Council of Nepal. The organization has formed by devoted social volunteers aiming to empower and main stremening youth, women, children, socially deprived, exclude disadvantage and marginalize community dwellers of rural parts of Gorkha district through social mobilization, equitable resource mobilization awareness campaigns for their dignified life, access to resources and prosperity. Organization willing to capacitisized rural community through right based approach for natural resource conservation and tourism promotion. Clean energy, proper health and sanitation, indigenous technology, Bio diversity, people participation and social inclusion have been promoted for sustainable development. HADC respects social inclusion, gender, Indigenous culture and heritage, ethnic value and costumes. Always welcome for helping hands, who aims to support for mentioned community. Organization believes on bi-lateral coordination, partnership and voluntaries for the prosperity of needy people and synergetic result, enthusiastic to work on cross cutting issues.
